How do you ship the meat?We ship the meat frozen in styrofoam insulated boxes that keep the meat cold up to 72 hours while in transit. The meat will be delivered to your door via UPS. We always ship on a Monday or Tuesday to insure your meat doesn't sit over the weekend.
Where do you ship?We ship anywhere in the continental United States.
How does the payment process work? When you place an order, you will put a deposit down to hold your meat. When the meat is processed and ready to ship you will be invoiced the remainder due plus shipping costs.
Are your animals given hormones or antibiotics? Our pork is fed an antibiotic and hormone free, vegetarian feed from a local source. Our beef is not given any hormone implants and will not receive antibiotics. If our pigs or cows get sick, we will give them antibiotics but sell them through another avenue.
Why can't I order specific cuts?Life is busy on the ranch and with two little people to raise, I am prioritizing time with them which means we have chosen to simplify our product offerings for the time being and offering bulk orders only. If the amount of meat is too large for you or your family (or your freezer!) consider finding a friend or family member to share an order with!

Why is there delayed shipment on my meat?We raise our animals in small batches and we want to insure you get the freshest meat possible. Therefore, we have customers preorder our meat so when the animal is processed we ship or deliver your meat immediately. We take deposits to make sure you can get your meat reserved before it sells out.
How long do I have to wait after I preorder to receive my meat?Depending on what time of year you order will depend on how long you have to wait for your meat. Typically, we have inventory, but sometimes our customers have to wait until the next processing date! The best way to get the freshest meat is to get your preorder in so when our animals are processed we will ship or deliver your meat immediately.
How much freezer space will I need Plan on approximately one cubic foot of freezer space for every 15-20 pounds of meat.
How much will I pay in shipping? We are now offering Free Shipping and Delivery!
